About The Role
Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for building and evolving cloud‑native data and AI platforms?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping secure, scalable, and high‑performing data platforms that empower teams to unlock value and drive innovation across Riyadh Air.
In this role, you’ll support the continuous improvement of our data and AI ecosystem by focusing on performance optimisation, reliability, and efficiency through modern engineering practices, automation, and smart architectural design
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure our platforms meet the needs of the business, enabling faster, smarter, and more data‑driven decision‑making.
Alongside your technical contribution, you’ll lead and support a growing team of engineers across platform, data, and MLOps. You’ll help create an environment where collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement are encouraged every day.
Importantly, you’ll provide guidance and mentorship by helping your team develop their skills, adopt modern approaches, and deliver high‑quality solutions at pace.
You’ll also play an important role in fostering a culture of accountability and shared ownership, c oordinate with vendors and technology partners to maintain and enhance platform capabilities. ensuring the team is set up for success and consistently delivering value.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in data platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems management.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have s trong understanding of cloud-based data and AI platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric, IBM Watsonx).
