We are looking for a Compensation Jr Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a analytical, detail-oriented, proactive individual who understands how to manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring proper execution in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, while providing advisory support to HR Business Partners and contributing to continuous improvement through analysis and optimization of practices that enhance competitiveness.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, executing fixed and variable compensation processes in compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Experience in job evaluation methodologies and organizational structure analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- • Experience analyzing salary surveys and market data to support compensation decisions and maintain competitiveness
- Experience collaborating with Payroll, Finance, and Audit teams to ensure proper execution and regulatory compliance
- Experience in payroll processes (preferred)
Skills to succeed:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate positions, interpret compensation data, and propose improvements to processes and practices
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with HR systems such as Oracle (preferred), ensuring data quality and integrity
- Solid knowledge of labor law and regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, providing clear, policy-aligned guidance and solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes while ensuring accuracy and control
- English proficiency: Intermediate
