π’ We are looking for our next AIRPORT SUPERVISOR to join the Airport Management team in Cape Town, South Africa. You will play a leading role in coordinating and assisting passengers at counters, lounges, and connections, providing effective solutions to service disruptions, ensuring punctuality and passenger satisfaction, and directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected to the world.

π Thereβs no routine here β every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
β Managing, planning, and supervising the team under your responsibility, ensuring continuous operations and compliance with service levels.
β Leading communication instances such as daily briefings, promoting team alignment.
β Developing the team through performance management, feedback, and follow-up on action plans.
β Supervising and controlling operations at counters, lounges, sales offices, and baggage services, ensuring service standards.
β Coordinating and optimizing ground operations and passenger service.
β Leading and coordinating contingency management, ensuring service continuity.
β Ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, internal policies, and external regulations.
β Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, authorities, and airport administration.
π― What do you need to take off in this role?
β High school diploma completed.
β At least 2 years of experience in airport operations is required.
β If you are highly proficient in Workspace, you are already one step ahead because for this position it is essential!
β It will be a plus if you also have knowledge of Spanish, SABRE, and Altea FM.
β We need you to have an advanced level of English. If you got this far, weβre flying in the same direction!
