Position Summary
The Sales Executive – Passenger Sales is responsible for driving passenger revenue by developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders. This role supports the airline’s commercial objectives through proactive sales activities, account management, and market development efforts. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in expanding market presence, promoting the airline’s passenger products and services, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Accountability
Provide frontline support to travel agents, Corporate TMC, guests, and internal sales teams on bookings, ticketing, fares, policies, post-sales services, and flight disruptions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Update and maintain travel agent details, account information and related commercial data accurately and timely in compliance with airline policies and commercial requirements.
Draft, format, and circulate trade memos, bulletins, promotional campaigns, fare revisions, policy changes, and operational notices to travel agents, OTAs, corporate clients, and trade partners.
Support Group Booking Portal operations including group fare quotations, booking modifications, ticket issuance, involuntary refunds, ADM & ACM processing, and troubleshooting support in accordance with airline policies and IATA regulations.
Conduct fare benchmarking, competitor fare analysis, GDS monitoring, and fare parity checks to support pricing strategy and maintain competitive market positioning.
Support sales and marketing campaigns through backend coordination, communication materials, system setup, reporting, PR/PO processing, performance tracking, and coordination with Finance and Procurement teams.
Prepare sales performance reports and facilitate training sessions for travel agents on sales tools, booking systems, group booking platforms, NDC platforms, and other trade-facing digital assets.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
