Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early career Manufacturing Lead to support the Vehicle Integration Team in Courtland, AL!
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives "scrubbing" of the plan
- Seeks technical guidance from the team and leads decision process
- Drives reviews / refinement of the schedule
- Continually performs contingency planning; seeking more advice/guidance
- Ensures effective communication to team members
- Provides status updates via reports utilizing data (earned value, reports status)
Desired Skills
- Experience in High Rate Production Manufacturing
- Strong Verbal and Written Skills
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software
- Experience with critical path methodology
- Knowledge of Schedule Performance and Earned Value Management
- Industrial Engineering degree
