Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience with F-16 aircraft maintenance and/or modification activities
- Must have held a USAF skill level 7 (or equivalent) in their career field.
- Experienced in F-16 Structural repair and installation
- Be able to read & interpret blueprints and schematics
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be the F-16 Aircraft Modification Technician for the Aircraft Modification Team which is responsible for delivering precise (Structural) modifications to F-16 aircraft stationed in Poland - Multi-site options (Lask and/or Poznan)
The home office is located in Greenville South Carolina. The position will require frequent domestic and international travel. Must be able to obtain and maintain passport for international travel.
Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Heavy Depot Level Maintenance, Repair and modification of the aircraft structure and major
subassembly's. Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble,
install, and repair various sheet metal and structural
assemblies and sub-assemblies utilizing precision measuring equipment.
- Progressive and documented experience in the fighter aircraft maintenance environment.
- Work concurrently with the Polish Air Force personnel on the modification of their F-16 fleet.
- The candidate will be able to complete jobs in maintenance data collection systems, adhere to all technical orders, fault isolation manuals, ground operating procedures and local operational instructions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Candidate must have strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Physical Requirements

Desired Skills
- F16 Nose to Tail experience in Structures career field.
- Experience working in Foreign locations with minimal support.
- Experience working and coordinating with foreign military personnel.
- Possess previous instructor / training experience.
