Primary Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering And Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for initiatives, system enhancements, or process improvements related to the internal business systems.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains, ensuring that requirements are aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement documents that can be used by DTO teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Create business process models, workflows, and data flows to visualize and understand current state processes, identifying opportunities for system improvements or reengineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes, ensuring they are aligned with the internal business systems capabilities and overall business objectives.
Collaboration and Communication
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are being met and to provide updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across business units.
- Work closely with DTO domain managers, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with the DTO team to ensure that systems are configured and customized according to business specifications.
- Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping to design test cases, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements.
As an Agile Business Analyst
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptable criteria.
- Work closely with the Scrum team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospective, to drive efficient and effective delivery.
Project Support and Documentation
- Maintain and update project documentation, including requirement documents, status reports, process flows, and meeting notes.
- Support the team lead by providing documentation that helps in tracking project progress and identifying risks or delays.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management, summarizing project status, risks, and issues related to core system projects.
- Assist in managing change requests and scope adjustments throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all changes are documented and aligned with business objectives.
- Support post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of new systems or enhancements and ensure that business objectives are being met.
Support and Training
- Provide support to end-users by helping them understand new system functionalities, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop user guides, training materials, and other resources to ensure that end-users are equipped to use the core systems effectively
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 6 years' experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles
- Must have Experience working with enterprise or operational systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must have exposure to Agile methodology and tools
- Must have experience supporting UAT and system implementations
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
