Position Summary
Drive the production and execution of impactful creative assets that elevate Amal's brand and manage contents for Amal's digital and marketing channels as well as social media platforms.
Key Accountabilities
- Creative Asset Development - Lead the conceptualisation, design and execution of creative assets across marketing, digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Amal's brand guidelines.
- Digital Content Curation - Curate, manage and update visual and creative content for Amal's website and mobile application to ensure accurate, engaging and brand-consistent customer experiences.
- Grand Governance - Ensure all creative outputs adhere to the established brand standards and maintain consistency accross all customer touchpoints, communication and digital platforms.
- Creative Project Management - Manage the end-to-end creative production process including conducting research, planning and coordination with external parties, and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Marketing Campaign - Plan, design and develop premium/ high quality creative materials for marketing campaigns, collaterals and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Art and Design/Digital Marketing/ Marketing/Communications.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge in online content strategy and has working experience as a content creator, copywriter and creative designer.
- Excellent writing and editing skills as well as strong research skills.
- Strong creative and design sense.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite apps like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and prototyping apps like Sketch, Marvel or Adobe XD. Skills in photography is desirable
Key Challenges
- Aligning content with consumers' journey/ needs due to constant shifts in regulatory requirements/ SOP.
- Producing high-quality content to capture visitors' attention to Amal digital channels and increase conversion.
- Hajj and Umrah are niche market.
- Multiple stakeholders with many different views and expectations.
- Aggressive timeline.
