Job Description
Key Role Accountability:
Arrange business trips and meetings;
Assist GM in leading meetings and frequent communication to key business stakeholders as well as working collaboratively across AirAsia, external agencies and partners.
Being responsible for monitoring or tracking project execution;
Implement document/paperwork and help to prepare reports to be submitted to related governments and AOCs
Collect information on the activity of our competitors, industry news, and airport development strategy, operation & market data and so on for GM reference
Carry out any other duties assigned by GM
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, Majored in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce
1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduate also considered
Be proficient in Oral and Written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be flexible and adaptable to work in different environments, schedules with multiple cultural background people
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google doc, sheet and slide
Knowledge of project management is plus
Able to travel when required
