Rishworth is seeking an experienced Flight Concierge Manager to lead and manage all aspects of VIP operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, end-to-end concierge services, ensuring seamless, discreet, and personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients and distinguished guests.

This is based at Seletar Airport, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a dynamic FBO environment, working closely with operational teams, airport authorities, and key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring of aircraft ground handling and trip support operations.
Personally meet and greet clients to ensure a warm welcome and smooth service experience.
Ensure effective resolution of service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure prompt service response times and effective resolution of issues within defined turnaround periods.
Champion customer satisfaction by leading the team to meet and exceed service quality KPIs.

Job Requirements

7–8 years of progressive management experience, with a strong track record in business operations and financial performance.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and customer-facing operations, with a commitment to service quality.
Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
