Tasks
BCM complements the existing structures to strengthen the resilience of SWISS and LH Group. The position involves the establishment of a BCM system. This includes identifying risks and threats for operational processes, developing response structures as well as implementing measures for validation.
- Establishment of BCM within SWISS within the context of the LH Group structures
- Conducting risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential threats and their potential impact on the organization
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure business continuity plans are aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
- Providing training and awareness programs to ensure employees are prepared to respond to and recover from disruptive events
- Testing and exercising business continuity plans to identify and address any gaps
- Coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure their business continuity plans are aligned

Requirements
- University / university of applied science level degree in business administration or several years of professional experience with appropriate further higher education
- Comprehensive knowledge of processes, procedures, and interfaces in the aviation sector
- Business Continuity Management background of advantage
- Very analytical and conceptual thinking
- Very strong self organizational skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written command in German and English
