JSG is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Hicksville NY.
In this full-time role, you will interact with customers across multiple channels, resolve inquiries, and support our mission of providing high-quality components and engineered solutions on time and to exact specifications. Your expertise will help us build lasting customer relationships and drive satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay $25/hour
Required Skills:
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in documenting interactions clearly and accurately
- Familiarity with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Dependable with a history of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Visual
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and tools
- Familiarity with online portals and digital communication platforms
