Johnson Service Group is looking for a Office Coordinator for our client in Dallas, TX. This role would be more ideal for a candidate seeking a long term part-time position and include the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
- Facilitate office maintenance and repairs.
- Help coordinate service provider visits
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
- Administrative Support
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors.
- Assist with updating site-specific, internal documentation
- Support onboarding/off-boarding activities
- Employee Experience + Culture
- Help execute employee engagement initiatives and office events.
- Assist with internal communications to ensure employees are informed about office updates.
- Support Workplace policies and promote a positive work culture.
- Technology + Equipment Management (MS office, Google, Zoom, ticketing systems, Slack)
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning (printers, misc. IT equipment)
- Coordinate with IT team for troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant Office Administration Experience, Hospitality or Customer Service
- AA degree- college students welcome to apply
- Experience promoting a positive workplace culture by organizing and hosting events such as anniversaries, birthdays, icebreakers, and other team-building activities, while also supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
Pay rate: $27-30/hr. long-term contract fully onsite M-TH 8am-2pm flexible part-time
