The Space business area Human Resources team is seeking an Executive Assistant professional who plans, organizes, manages office responsibilities and supports executive level leaders. The Executive Assistant will partner with various stakeholders to support Space’s HR goals and objectives. If you are an executive office manager, this is the right opportunity for you!
The full-time Executive Assistant will partner the Lucent HR office responsibilities and provide a full range of moderate to complex administrative work assignments reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards with dotted line responsibility to the other assigned HR Directors.
Responsibilities Include
- Provides overall administrative support to approximately 3 - 4 assigned HR Directors to include proactive calendar management, event planning and other requests from internal and external customers.
- Provides specific departmental support to include supply ordering, video teleconferencing scheduling and mail clerk duties; Prioritize Director support responsibilities ahead of any departmental tasks.
- Proactively handles complex tasks in support of Directors, in partnership with other Executive Administrative Support staff across Lockheed Martin.
- Arranges domestic and international travel, prepares and processes expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support of the Lucent HR area and general Lucent responsibilities as needed.
- Multi-tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment without constant oversight from leadership.
- Operates with a proactive nature to ensure conflicts or issues are handled in advance.
- Maintains a professional and a positive attitude.
- Supports and coordinates varied team meetings and offsite HR events which necessitates strong organizational skills.
- Manages sensitive and confidential information relating to legal matters and personal information.
- Provides administrative support to the HR Vice President, as needed.

This role offers an opportunity for occasional telecommuting, but is best performed on site in our Highlands Ranch, CO location.
