Senior Executive Audit & Coordination

Position Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the functional areas within department to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality assurance services to support business units’ activities.
Key Accountability
- Establish and maintain a structured system for tracking audit findings and corresponding action plans, ensuring the timely closure of Quality Assurance Audit Reports and Internal Audit Reports. Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to agreed timelines.
- Conduct periodic reviews of Quality Assurance audit reports and general surveillance findings to identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to relevant departments and EMD management.
- Manage and regularly update the organisation’s capability list to ensure the availability of accurate and current information for production personnel. This includes maintaining and updating the capability database to support system-generated release certificates.
- Monitor and track departmental activities and performance metrics to support the collection of data for individual and departmental Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, as well as the preparation of comprehensive management reports.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Quality Assurance auditors for audit activities involving external organisations, as well as facilitate arrangements for regulatory and authorities’ audit visits to MAB EMD.
- Coordinate component capability review and assessment, and ensure documentation readiness for authority review and approval submission.
- Maintain and update Capability Manuals to reflect current approved capabilities.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Certifiers/Approval Holders or Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience (Degree Holders); or
- 5 years aircraft maintenance or aircraft support / component workshops.
Area of Experience
Aircraft / Component Maintenance or Aviation or Airline.

- Knowledge on safety and quality management. Knowledge on aircraft maintenance and engineering activities and processes will be an added advantage.
- Analytical mind.
- Moderate to expert skills with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
