About The Role
Ever wondered what it takes to deliver seamless, business-critical digital releases, every single time?
This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the heart of delivery, partnering across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Testing, and Operations to ensure releases are not only well-executed, but fully aligned to business priorities.
You'll be leading enterprise-wide release governance and PMO assurance, ensuring all releases are predictable, coordinated, and business-ready and d riving cross-functional delivery discipline, holding teams accountable for timelines, quality, and outcomes.
Moreover, you will be chairing release governance forums, enabling clear, data-driven decisions and minimising release risk . Additionally, orchestrating end-to-end release readiness across web, mobile, and backend platforms to ensure timely, high-quality deployments
Importantly, embedding and evolving best practices across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models to continuously enhance governance effectiveness.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years across PMO, release management or Program delivery roles.
You are expected to have proven experience in managing large scale, muti system digital releases using Database Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft SQL Servers, Oracle DBMS with strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and enterprise delivery governance.
