Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core sourcing skills (job requirements gathering, technical sourcing, social media, phone screening, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/customer relationship management) experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Demonstrated experience designing sourcing strategies and techniques to fit unique business needs.

As a Talent Sourcing Strategist, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that help attract highly skilled technical talent across a wide range of engineering and technology disciplines. Working closely with business leaders, recruiters, and hiring teams, you will leverage market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and emerging technologies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Your work will directly impact Lockheed Martin's ability to deliver on critical customer missions and long-term business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor focused on identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent across the country. You will partner with stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and continuously explore new ways to reach exceptional candidates. Key responsibilities include:
- Source active and passive candidates through social media, online research, talent communities, referrals, and direct outreach
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage highly skilled engineering and technology talent
- Create and execute sourcing strategies that align with evolving business priorities and hiring demands
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Consult with senior leaders and executives to provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies
- Leverage competitive intelligence, labor market data, and sourcing analytics to influence talent acquisition decisions
- Utilize customer relationship management platforms, social media campaigns, networking events, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new sourcing technologies, techniques, and best practices to improve hiring outcomes
