about marketing? Would you like to gain work experience in a truly
international organization? We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated
Marketing Manager to join our marketing department. If you’re an ambitious
individual who wants to build a career in B2B Marketing, then we want to work
with you.
Reporting to the Head
of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible to establish brand resonance,
ensure marketing automation consistency as well as increase sales for IATA’s Publications
and Compliance Solutions portfolio of products.
The Marketing Manager will directly lead the
marketing strategy and initiatives for these portfolios while leveraging
research, customer data, and analytics to know all you can about customer
behaviors and preferences. You will use these insights to define the right
value proposition for target audiences, how to best position our products, as
well as how to communicate, influence and convert leads and upsell clients.
The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a track record of achieving

learn innovation. You use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and
develop the right marketing mix. You are able to share knowledge, influence
stakeholders and customers while executing tasks effectively and rapidly.
What your day would be like
- Create, drive and execute
marketing strategies;
- Ideate, plan and implement
go-to-market integrated campaigns leveraging, among others, email
marketing, paid advertising, and social media;
- Continuously drive innovative
improvements to maintain a differentiated competitive position;
- Lead the advancement and
integration of different products across the customer journey via
marketing and sales initiatives;
- Collaborate with subject matter
experts to develop brand and marketing communications within the broader
customer journey;
- Coordinate the work of external
vendors such as design agencies and copywriters to deliver all marketing
assets in a timely manner;
- Identify market opportunities
for existing and new products;
- Develop standardized
measurement plan for relevant KPIs to assess the campaigns’ effectiveness
and ROIs;
- Pro-actively test, measure and
implement new types of campaigns and/or advertising channels;
- Identify appropriate sourcing
and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and efficiently attract
prospects;
- Develop and maintain profound
subject matter expertise in the functional area of the products covered.
- Plan in detail and maintain the
annual budget for the portfolio;
- Manage one Marketing Specialist based in
Montreal, Canada.
We would love to hear from you if
- At least 5 years of experience
in a related position (ideally in a B2B environment)
- Proven track record of
delivering on revenue objectives and marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of the
latest marketing trends and techniques
- Advanced analysis & report
writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable
recommendations while overseeing the implementation of the
recommendations;
- Strong solution-focused work
ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting simultaneously multiple
projects of varying complexities and priorities;
- Experience facilitating
cross-functional team discussions;
- Ability to work under pressure in
a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Strong communications and
presentation skills;
- Excellent oral and written
English;
- Experience with Google
Analytics – Certification is a plus;
- Experience with Pardot and
Salesforce are big assets;
- Aviation industry background is
desired but not required;
