Basic Qualifications
- STEM bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Electrical, mechanical or quality engineering experience performing in-depth data mining, analyzing and actionable metrics creation.
- Experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications to determine product conformance as well as develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools.
- Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.
- Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.
- Apriso experience.
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems, supporting Australian partners, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our programs and supplier network.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Set up new quality processes and resolve issues with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
- Extract and analyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Support Integrated Product Teams with quality data reviews and analysis.
- Lead corrective‑action meetings and program parts reviews.
- Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Desired Skills
