Examinations &Training Administration Manager
Resource Group is currently seeking an Examinations & Training Administration Manager to join the RTS division. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of training, examinations and administrative operations, while leading a team of Technical Instructors, Examination Staff and Business Support Assistants.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating operational activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards, supporting audits and inspections, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Examination Staff, Technical Instructors and Business Support Assistants.
Plan and coordinate training schedules, examinations, resources and operational activities.
Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and customer requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between training, examinations, administration, sales, facilities, clients and students.
Support the Managing Director, Head of Operations and Quality Manager during audits and inspections (EASA, UK CAA, Ofsted and DfE).
Ensure student records, documentation and administrative processes are accurate, compliant and up to date.
Oversee travel, accommodation, suppliers, consumables and other operational logistics.
Maintain effective document control and data management in line with GDPR and ISO 9001 standards.
Manage and continuously improve operational processes, systems and procedures.
Take overall responsibility for the examinations function, ensuring security, integrity and regulatory compliance.
Oversee examination policies, procedures, databases and certification processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, administration and training delivery.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in operations, coordination, administration or team leadership roles.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven or safety-critical environments.
Comfortable working with processes, documentation, data and quality standards.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to solve problems effectively.
Conditions
Permanent contract.
Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
