About The Role
Are you ready to support critical government relations activity that keeps our people compliant, mobile, and ready to power Riyadh Air’s growth?
You will play a crucial role in supporting Riyadh Air’s compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government and regulatory requirements across Corporate Affairs. This role helps ensure visas, permits, licences, employee registrations, and related transactions are processed accurately and on time to support onboarding, business continuity, and operational readiness.
In this role, you will assist with the timely filing and issuance of visas, work permits, iqamas, exit and re-entry permits, and related documentation for domestic and international employees. You will prepare forms, submissions, and supporting documents, follow up with relevant authorities, and help ensure employees maintain the legal work status required to operate effectively.
You can expect to maintain accurate records of visas, permits, licences, and registrations, ensuring reliable data for compliance tracking and reporting. In addition, you will review changes in laws and government regulations, support timely communication of relevant updates, and help senior management and stakeholders stay informed through clear and accurate reporting.
You will contribute to day-to-day government relations activities that support broader organisational goals while upholding high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational discipline. Your ability to manage documentation, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and keep processes moving efficiently will be essential in a fast-paced, evolving airline environment.

About You
Degree qualified in Business Administration, Government Relations, Human Resources, or a relevant field, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in government relations or a closely related area, including 2 years operating at officer level.
You will bring strong knowledge of regulatory processes, employee documentation, and government transaction requirements within a corporate environment.
You are expected to possess sound understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, along with strong planning, reporting, and document preparation skills. You will bring clear communication, stakeholder management, and good judgement, with the ability to manage complexity, handle sensitive matters professionally, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
