Job role: Senior Executive – Technical Services (Mechanical / Electrical)

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior Executives – Technical Services (Mechanical/Electrical) to support maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and technical operations of equipment, test benches, and production facilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and technical support within manufacturing, MRO, industrial, aerospace, or aviation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in equipment, instruments, and test benches
- Ensure smooth functioning and operational readiness of equipment
Installation & Technical Support
- Support installation and commissioning of equipment and test benches
- Provide technical support for new capability development projects
- Support procurement of tools, instruments, and equipment
Preventive Maintenance & Planning
- Execute preventive maintenance activities
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedules
- Monitor upkeep of production and shop-floor equipment
- Support maintenance budgeting activities
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Obtain quotations for equipment and local tools
- Coordinate procurement and development activities
- Support vendor interactions and equipment evaluation
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in:
- Technical Services
- Equipment Maintenance
- Plant/Facility Maintenance
- Industrial Maintenance
- Manufacturing Operations
- MRO Operations
- Aerospace/Aviation Maintenance
Education
Mechanical Role
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Role
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, or EXTC Engineering
