Role Description This full-time, on-site Manufacturing Associate role is based in Marysville, WA. The Manufacturing Associate will support production activities by operating equipment, assembling components, and following standardized work instructions to meet daily output and quality targets. Responsibilities include working in clean room or controlled environments as required, handling materials safely, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role involves performing in-process inspections, documenting production data accurately, and escalating issues that may impact quality, safety, or delivery. The Manufacturing Associate will collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to troubleshoot problems, implement process improvements, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safran’s safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operations, including working on production lines, assembling components, or operating manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of clean room protocols and ability to follow procedures for working in controlled environments.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality control principles, including basic measurement, inspection, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with production or quality systems is beneficial.
