Role Description This full-time, on-site Key Account Executive role is based in Bishkek. The Key Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with key travel trade partners, corporate clients, and agencies, ensuring that sales targets and revenue objectives are achieved. Daily responsibilities include monitoring account performance, preparing sales reports, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting partners with product information and issue resolution. The role involves conducting regular meetings and market visits, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, revenue management, and customer service to optimize account potential. The Key Account Executive is expected to represent Air Arabia professionally in the market, uphold brand standards, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in key account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in sales, business development, and revenue growth within aviation, travel, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Analytical skills for tracking performance, preparing sales reports, and using data to support decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management tools; familiarity with airline distribution systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz languages in Bishkek is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region and maintain a customer-focused, results-oriented approach.
