We are looking for a Enterprise Security Architect Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an individual with decision-making skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to empower team members, who understands how to conduct and evolve the enterprise security architecture strategy by establishing security standards, frameworks, and best practices across Aeroméxico Group. Lead the design and implementation of security reference architectures, collaborate with enterprise and domain architects, and provide risk-informed recommendations to ensure secure technology solutions that support business objectives and IT initiatives.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or similar.
- Advanced English.
Experience:
- Experience in Enterprise Security Architecture and security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud security and hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Rackspace).
- Experience in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security risk assessment.
Skills to succeed:
- Drive process improvements.
- Communication with cross-functional groups.
- Structured approach for decision making.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
