Role: Station Engineer
Location: Belfast Airport
Hours: 40 hours per week
As
Station Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the line maintenance operation at Belfast
Airport. The
Station Engineer will ensure that all maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled) and defect rectification is achieved in a timely manner and according to industry standards and Quality requirements.

Requirements Of The Role
You will manage a team of Licensed Engineers to ensure that target
On Time Performance and
dispatch reliability levels are achieved and surpassed and that fleet maintenance standards are upheld. You will monitor and coordinate the available workforce resources to meet maintenance requirements, complying with Company procedures and standards. You will also carry out continuous monitoring of fleet maintenance standards, prepare reports and take responsibility for Health and Safety as well as Environmental standards within the station.
What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?
The successful candidate will have previously held a similar position of responsibility and have experience of
managing a team of Engineers at a busy operational station. You will be
CAA B1 or B2 Qualified, ideally with approvals held for
Jet2.com aircraft types. In addition, you will be highly organised and able to prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
