As a key player in maintaining GMP standards, you will oversee critical quality assurance activities, supporting product release, document review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that impact health worldwide. Pay $39.27/hour What You’ll Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or medical device industries Proven expertise in GMP regulations, quality control, quality assurance, and document management Strong knowledge of drug product manufacturing/testing, R&D or clinical supply processes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, interpret complex data, and work effectively across functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SAP and Veeva systems preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience in batch disposition and batch release processes Knowledge of analytical methods validation, deviation investigations, and regulatory audits Prior experience working in a fast-paced R&D environment or with cross-site teams Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting GMP-compliant manufacturing, testing, or QA functions in the pharmaceutical or related industries Additional Requirements: Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with quality teams, lab personnel, warehouse staff, and management Willingness to support site readiness activities, audits, and other compliance initiatives Johnson Service Group, Inc.
