Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business, Project Management, STEM or related discipline
- Experience leading and motivating a team or group of individuals in a project or project-like environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required
Job Description
- You will learn to manage projects within cost, technical and schedule baselines in accordance with program policies, Navy Program instructions, and industry standard methodologies.
- You will develop an understanding of, and implement principles of Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedules, Logistics, and Risk Management.
- You will present status of your projects to Program Managers and Executive Leadership as required. This includes providing daily status reports for awareness and critical issues.
- Expected CONUS and international travel time is less than 10%.
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a STEM related discipline.
- Proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic Project Management principles
- Understanding of principles of Risk Management
- Experience with MS Project or other similar scheduling software
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
