• Support the change strategy for the Next Gen Ops Program, embedding adoption, readiness, and communications across all phases of transformation.
• Support design and execution of the communications plan—right message, right audience, right channel—to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Conduct impact assessments and change readiness analyses to identify affected roles, processes, and systems; translate insights into actionable plans.
• Partner with Regulatory & Compliance and Safety to ensure change deliverables align to regulatory requirements and support certification and audit needs tied to the system-of-record transition.
• Coach sponsors, leaders, and managers to model change, reinforce new ways of working, and sustain adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally across Flight Ops, Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Inflight, Tech Ops, and Technology to synchronize cutovers and readiness milestones.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate change risks, managing anticipated resistance and escalating issues with clear options and impacts.
• Integrate OCM into program delivery, ensuring readiness checkpoints, training development, and stakeholder engagement are built into release plans.
• Measure and report adoption outcomes (e.g., awareness, engagement, training completion, time-to-proficiency, utilization, error/defect rates, operational KPIs) and adjust tactics based on data.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready updates on change health, stakeholder sentiment, and readiness status for governance forums.
• Champion a culture of change and continuous improvement, capturing feedback loops and embedding lessons learned into future releases.
