- Design, develop, and analyze autopilot control laws and functions in accordance with system and certification requirements
- Develop, assess, and optimize aircraft envelope protection functions to ensure safe and robust flight operations
- Perform performance analysis and validation using nonlinear simulations and flight test data
- Define, implement, and execute verification and validation activities in Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
- Provide onsite and remote engineering support during flight test campaigns, including real-time analysis and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system specifications, test reports, and operational manuals
- Support of customer training
- University degree in aerospace engineering or similar course of studies
- Experience in flight control and dynamics, including trimming and linearization
- Knowledge of Autopilot functions
- Expert Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink
- Knowledge of C is an advantage
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Action Orientation, Ability to manage complexity, Situational Adaptability
- Business fluent in English
