We are recruiting for an Operational & Guest Services Agent to join a well established Business Aviation company at Schiphol Airport.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
Welcome and assist VIP passengers and flight crews.
Deliver a first-class customer experience from arrival to departure.
Coordinate passenger and crew requests, including catering, hotels, and transportation.
Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Operations
Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures.
Support flight operations by reviewing operational information, including METARs, NOTAMs, and flight plans.
Communicate with aircraft via VHF radio.
Coordinate ground handling activities, including fuel, catering, cleaning, and transportation services.
Liaise with Customs, Border Police, airport authorities, and other operational partners.
Resolve last-minute operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Previous experience in airport operations, ground handling, aviation operations, or passenger services.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to reach Schiphol East within 45 minutes.
MBO level education or equivalent.
