Selected candidate will perform resource analyst role supporting one or more IPTs on the CPS program. Candidate will partner closely with control account managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all earned value management deliverables. Candidate will perform financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment. Candidate will integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data into actionable business solution recommendations. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
Desired Skills
- Experience performing earned value measurement systems (EVMS or EVM)
- Excel experience working with complex data sets
- Experience with government / DoD Contracts
- Experience with Cobra, SAP, tableau
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to innovate and streamline current processes
- Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of related professional experience
