POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
The Manager is responsible to manage the overall cycle operation improvement initiatives in MAHB. He/She is require to run an internal training for Yellow Belt and Green Belt (as part of capacity building), as a facilitator for small group activities, mentoring and coaching project leader, collaborate with business owner in ensuring the delivery of project within budget and timeline. He/She also leads multiple strategic projects that aligned to MAHB vision and mission, collaborative with senior leader and stakeholder to resolve issues and continuously improve passenger experience.
Essential Position Functions
- Act as an enabler for the development of improvement culture in company using structured approach in order to maximize the organizational effectiveness
- Identify initiatives to ensure that it is aligned towards the company Strategic Business Direction
- Provide consultation services on the approach and method in identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of valid data, the deployment strategy, implementation plan and execution of improvement culture in company
- Facilitate team in strategic business units in achieving organizational purposes and objectives by solving management and business problems, identifying and seizing new opportunities, enhancing learning and implementing changes
- Develop training materials, conduct training and use a variety of training or learning techniques for transfer of learning for people in MAHB
- Equip process owners with a new set of skills in order to enhance their ability to retrieve, translate, and use data to solve problems
- Carry out research activities for the purpose of generating valid information prior to and during the implementation of strategic improvement initiatives
- Work closely with business units in identifying the hidden problems and get dissatisfied with the status quo, start challenging the usual status or way of doing things and, thus, gradually intensify the need for improvement
- Ensure that improvement projects is on-track and achieved project's goal

Relevant Industries
Unique Requirement
- Relevant working experience in Lean Management or Lean Six Sigma
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
External
- Degree with CGPA of 3.0 with minimum 5 years relevant working experience (Master's Degree would be an advantage)
