We have an exciting opportunity for a
Dispatch Trainer, based at
Palma Mallorca Airport on
Secondment basis! Reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, the Ground Operations Dispatch Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to our dispatch colleagues to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy.
What will you do as a Dispatch Trainer?
- Identify and analyse individual training and development needs, making recommendations in line with the Behavioural Framework.
- Be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all Dispatch colleagues, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements.
- Support the design and development of initial and recurrent training to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.
What skills and experience will you need?
- Already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours
- Subject matter expert in Ground Operations Dispatch and preferably Front of House (check in & boarding) procedures as well
- A subject matter expert - able to share your knowledge as well as be able to engage and influence others
- You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to engage with dispatch colleagues
- Unless a recognised equivalent is already held, the successful candidate will be willing to study towards the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification which will be provided by the company
