We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our Continuing Airworthiness team in the position of Continued Airworthiness Planner.
Job Description
Your main responsibility will be planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance to ensure their continuous airworthiness in accordance with applicable legislation and the company’s internal procedures.
Key duties include:
- planning scheduled maintenance according to the approved Maintenance Planning Document (MPD),
- planning unscheduled maintenance tasks, Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), modifications, and repairs,
- preparing and managing work packages for both line and base maintenance, coordinating planned aircraft downtime with Operations, Part‑145 organizations, and other internal departments,
- planning capacity, manpower, and material required for maintenance execution,
- monitoring compliance with the maintenance program, component life limits, and regulatory requirements,
- preparing short‑term, mid‑term, and long‑term maintenance plans,
- updating technical data in company information systems,
- supporting audits, inspections, and processes ensuring compliance with EASA regulations,
- active cooperation with MCC, Operational Engineering, Base Maintenance, and Continuing Airworthiness departments.
Candidate Requirements
- minimum secondary education; a technical university degree is an advantage,
- ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness or aircraft maintenance planning,
- knowledge of EASA Part‑M, Part‑CAMO, Part‑145 and related requirements,
- Part‑66 license or technical aviation education is an advantage,
- ability to plan, organize work, and solve problems,
- stress resistance and decision‑making ability,
- excellent communication skills and teamwork,
- active knowledge of English (B2 level).
