Changi Airport Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our Airport Community (Non-Traveller) Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end staff customer lifecycle, focusing on customer acquisition, value extraction and retention strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape staff customer engagement within the non-traveller community at Changi Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM
- Overall in-charge of the Changi Rewards Staff Program (CRSP), looking after policy formulation, implementation and enforcement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM and omnichannel marketing strategies for CRSP to drive customer acquisition, conversion/value extraction and retention within the non-traveller community.
- Implement data-driven approaches to optimize customer lifecycle management and enhance customer liftetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM and omnichannel marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and conduct analyses/experiments across customer segments and spending behavior to derive Sales & Marketing Plan
- Sales & Marketing
- Formulate and execute Sales & Marketing plan in accordance with business objectives across omnichannel (e.g. Airside, Landside, iShopChangi)
- Execute and scale sales programs/initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Provide marketing support for Business Development initiatives
- Content owner for Staff Channels (App/Website), ensuring quality and accuracy
- Grow Staff Awareness & Engagement rates for Staff Channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies, including acquisition and value extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with high initiative, drive and determination to succeed
- Experience in the e-commerce, aviation or travel industry is advantageous.
