view
Are you ready to keep a major airline moving? As an Operational Support Analyst, you will ensure the stability, usability, and day-to-day performance of frontline airport operational technology and mobile services across our entire airport net
work.
Working in a supplier-led ecosystem, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Specialists, and Ground Operations teams to ensure frontline systems remain safe, secure, available, and fit for purpose in live operational environ
ments.
Key Accountabi
lities:
Operational Support & Service Ma
- nagementMaintain airport operational systems, mobile apps, devices, and integ
- rations.Provide advanced support to manage incidents within agreed service
- levels.Coordinate service recovery with suppliers during major operational disr
- uptions.Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring operational
- issues.Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours P1/P2 critical in
cidents.
Monitoring & Operational
- AwarenessMonitor system health dashboards proactively to identify operation
- al risks.Track end-to-end workflows between airport systems, handlers, and
- partners.Escalate operational risks or service degradation to appropria
te teams.
Product, Change & Integrati
- on SupportCoordinate testing, validation, and operational readiness for product
- upgrades.Verify operational data flows and system interfaces with external
- partners.Support onboarding for new airports, operational sites, devices, and
- suppliers.Assist Product Managers with live-environment change de
ployments.
Security, Reporting &
- GovernanceManage operational access requests and compliance p
- ermissions.Create service reports, dashboards, and trend analysis for decis
- ion-making.Use data insights to support supplier performance
management.
Stakeholder Coordination & Continuous
- ImprovementBuild strong relationships with Ground Operations, suppliers, and
- tech teams.Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical s
takeholders.
