Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Security Warden to support the safe and secure handling of our cargo and airport operations in Pakistan
As the Security Warden you will play a key role in coordinating and supervising security operations across cargo and flight activities, ensuring full compliance with Emirates' security standards and international aviation security regulations. You will support the Shift Supervisor in leading day-to-day security operations, safeguarding aircraft, cargo, baggage, passengers, and staff, while maintaining strong coordination with security agencies, airport stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
We're looking for a security professional with a higher secondary qualification and a minimum of four years' experience in the military, police, airline security, or a related security environment. Alternatively, candidates with at least one year of experience as a Security Warden will also be considered. You should possess strong communication skills in English, be comfortable using computer applications, and hold a valid driving licence. A valid Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Screening Certification is essential, along with the legal right to live and work in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be highly observant, dependable, able to perform under pressure, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of aviation security and operational compliance.
Qualification
You will support the supervision of security operations across cargo handling and flight activities, ensuring compliance with Emirates' security policies and international regulatory requirements, including NCASP, TSA/EU, and GCAA standards. The role involves monitoring cargo screening, aircraft access, baggage operations, and the secure movement of high-value consignments, while coordinating contracted security service providers to ensure operational effectiveness. You will identify, investigate, and promptly report security incidents or suspicious activities, maintain accurate operational records, and assist in safeguarding Emirates' people, assets, and operations through effective security oversight and stakeholder collaboration.
