Quality Ambassadors are an essential part of the global Cabin Team and are brand advocates. They ensure Vista’s highest service standards are maintained, and consistently delivered by our entire Cabin Host family.
At Vista we understand that every flight is unique, and we take care of every detail to ensure our clients enjoy a tailored and unparalleled service. To ensure this, every VistaJet flight has at least one Cabin member onboard the aircraft.
In this non-flying role, you will work closely with our Flying Quality Ambassadors, to ensure that our standards are maintained from ground to air. You will be someone who easily builds relationships and understands the importance of working with stakeholders, for a seamless customer experience.
You will report to the Cabin Operations Manager at Vista, and you will be stationed at Teterboro Airport. You will be accountable for the overall quality and standards at your FBO and overseeing the Vista product stores there. You will ensure they are well stocked, and work with the CH team, to support the client’s satisfaction on their flight.
This is a full-time role and flexible availability will be required, including weekends. You will focus your week on high profile flights, and ensure you prioritise quality audits, as directed by the Cabin Management team.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting pre-departure and arrival, aircraft and Cabin Host/ess quality checks.
- Assessing the aircraft status and standards.
- Checking aircraft handover status during crew changeover.
- Act as a ground representative - greeting Vista customers as they arrive and depart.
- Completing assessments and ensuring timely reports to reflect findings.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- A brand advocate who possesses an exceptional track record of upholding exact standards, in a service organization.
- Assertive and confident at delivering feedback, and willing to escalate when needed.
- Substantial experience gained in a luxury service organization. Examples include, but are not limited to, luxury hotels, private aviation, commercial airline’s first-class cabin.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of luxury, and the expectations among high-net-worth individuals.
- A personal commitment to, and ability to enthuse others about excellence in service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential. You are assertive, yet empathetic and speak with authority and clarity.
- You will always seek ways for us to improve, and although you often work remotely, you’ll be a team player for the Vista Cabin family.
