Red Handling is Norwegian`s Ground Handling Services at Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
The Norwegian Red Handling Team manages customer facing positions at check-in, boarding and arrivals.
We are looking for Operations Services Agents to join our great team! You will in this role be responsible for supporting the Operations Coordinators and Operations Manager in daily ground operations at Oslo Airport.
The Operations Services Agents will also support communications with third party supplier and internal department to ensure the operation achieves its OTP targets.
Place of work is Oslo Airport (OSL) and you will report to Station Control Manager.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Relevant experience in an operations role within the aviation or travel industry is required.
- Knowledge of systems such as Altea, SITA, or internal airport systems.
- Ability to maintain situational awareness of operations and available resources, optimizing their use efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring an effective flow of information for awareness, and understanding.
- Flexibility to work effectively with peers during non-traditional hours.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all internal departments and external third-party suppliers are kept informed on the status of the daily operation.
- Maintaining communications with flight crew, through VHF or ACARS to ensure they have all required information for arriving / departing OSL.
- Ensuring proper loading instructions and final figures are created and sent.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, e.g. sharing improvement ideas and help implementing solutions.
- Supporting colleagues by sharing best practices and helping them when needed.
- This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties, as the Company may consider other duties appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis.
- Based at OSL Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
