Inspector Quality Assurance – Basel, Switzerland

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established aviation organisation for an experienced Inspector Quality Assurance to join its Quality Assurance team in Basel, Switzerland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aviation quality professional to play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audits, maintaining organisational approvals, and driving continuous quality improvement across Maintenance, Production, CAMO and Design activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company procedures, EASA regulations and internal quality standards.
Support and participate in audits conducted by aviation authorities and internal stakeholders.
Prepare audit checklists, reports and follow-up actions.
Review and update organisational expositions, company manuals, procedures and technical documentation.
Act as Quality Inspector across Maintenance, Production, CAMO and Design Organisation activities.
Perform internal quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with the application, renewal and extension of maintenance licences and internal authorisations.
Support the Quality Manager in maintaining organisational approvals and regulatory compliance.
Deliver internal quality training and briefings where required.
Liaise closely with operational departments to promote a strong quality and safety culture.
Requirements
Several years of practical experience within the aviation industry.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Inspection.
Experience conducting internal and/or external audits.
Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-M/CAMO and/or Part-21 regulations.
Active or previous Aircraft Maintenance Licence is highly desirable.
Experience preparing or maintaining technical manuals, procedures and organisational documentation.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
French and/or German are an advantage
