Tasks
We're set to roll out a comprehensive learning & development initiative within SWISS. Your role? To ignite awareness, foster unified understanding, set clear expectations, guide and equip our leaders and employees by promoting existing as well as creating new measures.
- Design and implement specific work packages within our Development & Learning initiative
- Manage and enhance existing learning and development offers within SWISS
- Oversee, implement and collaborate on the conceptual development of talent development formats for selected target groups
- Taking over and coordinating the annual employee evaluation and appraisal process at SWISS.
- Coordinate with key interfaces such as HR Management, training responsibles of major employee groups and the Lufthansa Group
- Assume organizational and leadership responsibilities in a self-organized team
- Work with the team on the overall Employee Experience Strategy, including yearly focus, milestones, OKR’s and communication measures

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented colleague with experience in people development and learning topics. Are you someone who takes on responsibility and is enthusiastic about further shaping our SWISS learning culture and employee development offers? Then you are the perfect match.
- Further education or studies in psychology, business administration, HR or related field
- Several years of relevant practical experience, with knowledge and expertise in people development topics
- Experience in project work
- Ability to independently lead significant topics, make bold decisions and seek support where necessary
- Creative with strong conceptual skills
- Solution-oriented with a robust implementation strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing a divers team of stakeholders
- Highly motivated, pro-active and self-driven
- Ability and enthusiasm to speak up, voice opinions, and assume a leadership role within this self-organized team
- Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
