Job Purpose:
As a Data Enablement Program Manager, you will lead the Enterprise Data enablement program across Qatar Airway Group. Your role is pivotal in unlocking the value of data as a shared, group-wide asset in an AI-ready era. The role drives QRG's "give-to-get" data model and establishes the standard procedures, data-knowledge practices and data culture that let every domain both contribute and consume data with confidence. The opportunity is to create the trusted process foundation & mindset that accelerate analytics and AI adoption enterprise wide.
Role Responsibilities
▪ Define and execute a Data enablement program aligned with Qatar Airways digital, data & AI strategy.
▪ Establish standards & frameworks for data-driven initiatives, ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and security standards.
▪ Develop and foster the QRG data community, engaging company-wide stakeholders in co-developing and advocating modern data enablement practices.
▪ Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of data initiatives on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
▪ Champion a culture of innovation by promoting advanced analytics and adopting data management and data sharing policies across the enterprise.
▪ Manage cross-functional teams, including data governance experts and data analysis
▪ Engage with the data domains to ensure data quality, integrity, and enrichment across QRG’s data assets
▪ Serve as the escalation point for technical challenges and ensure resolution through collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
▪ Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure transparency and alignment across portfolios.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree
▪ Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
▪ Experience driving enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives and fostering innovation through data.
▪ Skill in fostering analytical use cases, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business value through data-driven solutions.
▪ Experience working on projects concentrating on digital transformation, continuous improvement, and enhancements are essential for this role.
▪ Strong understanding of data governance principles, including security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
▪ Ability to promote data literacy across the organization and translate complex technical insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
