About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and testing aircraft components and subassemblies to ensure full system functionality and compliance with technical specifications. You will support system integration activities and follow defined work and inspection protocols to maintain safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Perform mechanical adjustments on aircraft components to achieve required tolerances and operational performance.
Conduct functional tests on components and systems to verify proper operation and identify any deviations.
Support system integration activities, ensuring correct installation and interaction of mechanical and related systems.
Execute tasks strictly in line with approved work, inspection, and documentation protocols.
Carry out self-inspections on completed work to confirm conformity with quality and safety standards.
Implement corrective actions where non-conformities are identified, including rework and documentation updates.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an aircraft mechanic or in a closely related aviation maintenance role.
Strong practical skills in mechanical assembly, adjustment, and functional testing of complex components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and work instructions.
Familiarity with working under aviation quality and safety standards and following strict protocols.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of work, including self-checking.
Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment and meet defined deadlines.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with system integration on fixed-wing or rotary aircraft.
Previous exposure to EASA Part-145 or equivalent regulated maintenance environments.

Experience in continuous improvement or lean practices within a maintenance or production setting.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training or apprenticeship as an Aircraft Mechanic, Aviation Technician, or similar mechanical trade.

Valid industry-recognised maintenance training certificates preferred.
