We are hiring a Senior Accountant who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
This role will be responsible for three big areas: non-current assets (PGC), inventories (PGC) and maintenance accounting (IFRS books).
- Monitor a system of controls and procedures for the recordation of fixed assets: check new capitalizations, review depreciation and asset useful life, etc.
- IFRS maintenance assets' responsible: close collaboration with our operations department for collecting data, new assets' capitalization. Monthly control and review to check that all the assets are properly booked.
- Ensuring that accounting policies are properly implemented for fixed assets.
- Inventories' review and supervision. Managing incidents related to the data upload from our stock system.
- Check that all the entries are registered in the right GL account.
- Monthly balance and PL reconciliation with fixed assets books and inventories reports.
- Improving the controls and reports to get more accurate data.
- Monthly closing tasks related to this area.
- Audit support.
What you will need:
- Degree in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of company experience working as an Accountant.
- Excel advanced user.
- Passionate about accounting and work well done.
- Detail oriented, accurate, ability to work with a high volume of data.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English skills.
- Knowledge of accounting local GAAP (PGC)
- Familiar with IFRS will be a plus.
