Tasks
Your role will involve providing telephone and virtual support to medium-sized corporate customers in Germany.
This includes, among other things:
- Designing and establishing long-term contacts for a partnership-based cooperation with our medium-sized customers
- Preparing and conducting information and feedback meetings with our existing customers
- Independent acquisition of new supra-regional customers
- Advice on new technologies and distribution channels as well as on the topic of sustainability at the Lufthansa Group
- Finding solutions to questions in day-to-day business
- Target group-specific communication and consolidation of customer feedback and market trends
- Documentation of contacts and customer feedback
- Participation in trade fairs and customer events as well as their preparation and follow-up

Requirements
You would fit into our team if you can adapt well to different customers, work in a solution-oriented manner and if teamwork is important to you. We also look for the following:
- Specialist or university degree in economics or similar.
- Air traffic, travel agent, service agent in air traffic with vocational academy or comparable, marketing specialist with many years of experience in sales/marketing and further business training (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in B2B sales, key account management, preferably in the airline MICE or travel industry
- Sales talent, verbal expression, persuasiveness, flexibility, negotiating skills, analytical/conceptual thinking skills
- Knowledge of analysis methods, different markets/target groups, customer loyalty tools, sales procedures, sales method competence, marketing and sales IT tools, very good communication skills in German and English
- Driving license class B
