The role:
Standards & Policy Support Specialist

Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will be leading and handling a variety of different employment cases, involving absence, conduct, grievance and flexible working requests.
Our team vision is to be a Centre of Excellence for all employment policy application for Heathrow Cabin Crew. We would love you to be part of it.
What you’ll do:
Delivers efficient and effective management of process and policy application within Heathrow Cabin Crew Team making recommendations where appropriate to drive improved performance
Ensures consistent application of all BA employment policies
Supports, captures and reviews absence data trends for analysis
Management of colleagues whilst long term sick
Responsible for conducting all stages of BA policies up to and including Hearings, Appeals, Grievances and poor performance
Support your team with management of all Right to Request applications, including conducting appeals
You will work collaboratively to drive change, taking ownership of any issues and working with the appropriate areas and stakeholders to resolve these.

You have experience of stakeholder management

You ideally have knowledge of Policies and Industrial Relations and proven experience of working in these areas
