Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with managing partner accounts and merchants’ operations on SIA’s Digital Lifestyle Platform (Kris+).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts of Kris+ by ensuring revenue and transactions growth. Monitor merchant performance, ensure merchant ROI and identify expansion opportunities
- Plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns for Kris+ merchants
- Oversee end-to-end merchant journey and operational processes on Kris+. Lead and execute merchant onboarding, training and setup, merchant data management and development of merchant training materials
- Drive overall merchant adoption and success of platform.
- Manage the team that performs visits to merchant outlets. (The team provides timely operational support by helping cashiers to troubleshoot app issues and/or liaise with the Kris+ IT team to investigate and resolve the problem.)
- Propose and contribute to enhancements (process/ tech) to improve the merchant journey
- Provide valuable insights from the ground and market intelligence e.g. competitors’ and/or trending sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in account management, merchant success or customer success teams
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
- Passionate about delivering success and promised value proposition to the ecosystem players
- Experience in executing in-app marketing campaigns and experience using Canva will be advantageous.
