We have an opportunity for a Procurement Buyer II to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position is an integral part of the supply management team working closely with Site Leaders, Commodity Leaders, Region Material Leaders and buyers to maximize the effectiveness, compliance, and management of the tactical Sourcing function. The role will drive tactical direction, ensuring alignment cross functionally within the Honeywell Matrix structure.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities:
- Process requisitions, place purchase orders, expedite and track orders in support of Procurement and Operations.
- Perform material planning activities for parts sourced from External suppliers.
- Maintain ERP material data as directed by Strategic Sourcing, maintain data integrity in One Source (Purchasing Database).
- Maintain and assure current order status information to keep supplier on-time to request info valid.
- Effectively expedite orders to prevent line down situations and air transportation costs.
- Manage rescheduling of direct materials as required.
- Resolve all invoice holds in a timely manner to prevent credit holds.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s (Graduate degree preferred). In Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations is an advantage.
- Minimum 1year of experience in Procurement, Buying, Commodity or Supply Chain / Sourcing.
- Advanced English.
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize.
