ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
Provide IT hardware and software operation support and management according to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. Maximize customer satisfaction by providing high quality technical services.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Providing daily support for applications, databases, hardware, software, and networks.
- Coordinating with suppliers and managing spare parts and purchasing orders.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting customer-reported issues with IT expertise.
- Following ITIL standards to manage incidents, changes, and issues.
- Updating technical documentation.
- Assisting in basic project support and management.
- Able to work on shifts based on a 5X8 hours schedule.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in onsite support and repairs for PCs, printers, LAN, and WAN equipment.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Office suite, Outlook email, and other common software systems, as well as VPN setups.
- Familiarity with Cisco and other network equipment.
- Basic understanding of database operations and maintenance, especially MSSQL.
- Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Work Location: Shanghai Hongqiao Airport with irregular hours. Must be able to work on a shift duty basis including weekends/public holidays. Transport, meal and Shift allowance also provided.
